Focaccia Bread

2 1/2 cups warm water
2 Tbs. sugar
1 1/2 Tbs. yeast
3 tsp. garlic salt
3 tsp. Italian seasoning
3 Tbs. oil
6 cups flour

Combine ingredients in mixer with dough hook. Let knead 8 minutes. Spray pan with pam, roll out dough in jellyroll pan. Let rise. Prick dough with fingertips. Cover with olive oil and coarse salt. 
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
