Homemade Granola

3c Rolled Oats
1c Chopped Almonds
1c Chopped Pecans
1c Shredded Coconut
2T Chia Seeds
2T Flax Seeds
2t Cinnamon
1/2t Salt
1/4c Honey
3T Melted Coconut Oil
1/2t Vanilla

Preheat oven to 300 degrees

Mix together all dry ingredients.
Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Spread onto baking sheet and bake for 30 min stirring every 10 min.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
