Lemon Bars

Single Recipe

Crust:
1/2c Butter, softened
1/2c Powdered Sugar
1c Flour
Salt
Bake in a 9" square pan for 15 minutes at 350

Topping:
2 Eggs
1c Sugar
2T Flour
3T Lemon Juice
Bake for 15 minutes at 350

Double Recipe:
1/2c+6T Butter, softened
3/4c+2T Powdered Sugar
1-3/4c Flour
Salt
Bake in a 9x13" pan

6 Eggs
2-1/4C Sugar
6T Flour
1c Lemon Juice
