Biscuits

2 cups flour
1 Tbs. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. sugar
1/3 cup shortening
1 cup milk

Preheat oven to 425. Whisk flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Cut in shortening. Gradually stir in milk. Knead 15-20 times. Roll out to 1" thick. 
Bake on ungreased pan for 13-15 minutes.
