10 cups white bread, 16 slices, in 1" cubes
8 oz. low fat cream cheese, soft
8 eggs
1 1/2 cups 2% milk
2/3 cups half and half
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Place bread in greased 9x13 pan. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, milk, half and half, syrup, and vanilla, mix until smooth. Pour over bread; cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove, let stand 30 minutes. Bake at 375 for 50 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with syrup.
